Curate Build is a custom home builder on the North Fork of Long Island. Our office is on Shelter Island \u2014 a short North Ferry ride from Greenport \u2014 and we build across the fork from Riverhead to Orient Point.
The North Fork rewards a builder who understands what makes it different: agricultural reserve land, water table considerations, historic-district review in Cutchogue and Southold, coastal exposure on the Sound and the bay, and a construction economy where the right subs are harder to reach than in the Hamptons.
