Curate Build is an East End custom home builder \u2014 based on Shelter Island, working across the Hamptons from Southampton through Amagansett. New construction, gut renovations, and considered additions on the South Fork.
The Hamptons is not a single market. Southampton village lots, Sagaponack farmland, Bridgehampton estate sections, Sag Harbor historic district, oceanfront in Water Mill and East Hampton \u2014 each has its own review process, its own setback and coverage math, its own site conditions. We know how they differ, and we build to what each town and each site require.

Recent Hamptons work includes projects with Blaze Makoid Architects (North Haven), Barnes Coy Architects (Bridgehampton and Southampton), Bruce Nagel Architect (Water Mill), Heitler Houstoun (Bridgehampton), and Arkpraxis Architecture (Sag Harbor). We collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and landscape architects \u2014 as the builder, our job is to protect the design and deliver it exactly.
